Joe Eigo is the creator of “Multi Level Moves” which is basically a group where you can “try new things with the human body” such as Freerunning! Joe Eigo is a gymnast ,martial artist , and stunt performer and even though he doesn’t do freerunning or parkour he could probably become a professional at it . The reason why i say this is because if you watch his videos you can see that he does all of his flips on flat and in one part of video he does 5 backflips with no hands on flat and he does it flat ground on the street. Even though Joe Eigo isn’t a freerunner he still is one of my inspirations for what i do

David Belle is a freerunner/parkour and is actually known as the founder of parkour . David Belle was taught by his father Raymond Bellle and the best part is that he made up parkour from his fathers teachings and trainings. David Belle is also one of my inspirations on parkour. From me watching his videos he has taught me to put more feeling into my work. Also wathing his videos I learned how to do a 360 vault. I admire David Belle because of his founding of parkour and for him showing his potential in what he does.

Parkour (abbreviated PK) is a training method which focuses on rational movement in both the natural and urban environments. The focus is to move around obstacles with speed and efficiency. Developed in France by David Belle, the main purpose of the discipline is to teach participants how to move through their environment by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping. Parkour practitioners are known as traceurs. They train to be able to identify and utilize alternate, more efficient paths. Parkour can be practiced anywhere, but areas dense with obstacles offer many training opportunities
What Parkour Means To Me

I love parkour. The reason why i like it is because it brings me joy. Another reason why i like
it is because it brings me and my friends closer every time we parkour. Also in case of emergency such as
robbers trying to rob us or jump us, we can use parkour to get away.

In this bag i bought for you
is not something you could see through
there is a rose
for your nose
a teddy bear
for when no one is there.
your eyes are bright
they lighten night
in this poem it will make your day right
your favorite color is blue
no matter how old you get u will always be new…….
To Me.
